How to Do An End-of-Year Business Review

As the holiday season sets in, it’s a great time to do an end-of-year business review. In this episode, I help you look at what’s working and what’s not working in your business and use that information to start planning for the upcoming year. I review the five questions I ask myself to clarify what I will focus on going forward to keep building a business I enjoy that works for me.
